Let's Play Ar Tonelico was a thread on the Something Awful subforum known as 'Let's Play' created in the summer of the year 2008. It covered in detail the Playstation 2 video game titled 'Ar Tonelico: Melody of Elemia'.

QUERY_AR_TONELICO_MELODY_OF_ELEMIA

Ar Tonelico: Melody of Elemia was released in North America for the Playstation 2 Entertainment System in early 2007. This roleplaying game was produced by the same company that created the 'Atelier' series of games (Atelier Iris 1-3 and Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Revis). It is not an actual member of said series, but shares many similar systems in common with them. In the game, you take on the role of a young hero who sets out to save the tower of Ar Tonelico from the Viruses that threaten to destroy it.

Ar Tonelico is known for high quality music, some unusual gameplay elements, and more than anything being very, very Japanese. It is one of the few games to explore the genre of 'rpgs with giant musical computer towers floating in space.'
