Update 15 - Going nowhere fast
Welcome to the last area of the game, known only as Nowhere. This update will be a short one, because 90% of the gaemplay in Nowhere consists of 'get this key, use it here, solve this simple puzzle, kill a single nurse, get another key', repeated a dozen of times. Not the most thrilling experience, so I'll just take the highlights.
After leaving the room in which we met Lisa, we get to an elevator.
Elevators can't talk 
It was used in a fairly popular series of horror games.
A Japanese developer by the name of Konami.
I hope you do, because I'm getting tired of making fun of you 
Nowhere is a compilation of the other locations you've visited in the game...
...like the Antique Shop...
...the School...
...and the Hospital.
Our main goal in Nowhere is to collect five relics of unknown power. And I don't mean unknown in the 'no human could possibly understand their power' sense, I mean unknown in the 'Harry doesn't know what the fuck' sense.
Whatsa matter you?!
Well don't get it on me 
Well, you've got that right. There's Harry, Cybil, Kaufman, Tie Hag, and that little demon child. Oh, and Harry's daughter.
You're all NPCs with slightly retarded dialogue?
Just in case you were wondering - basically, Lisa is saying, 'Oh hey Harry, you know, I realised something - I'm actually a Demon Nurse, I just didn't know it yet. Amazing isn't it? Now that I've found out who I really am, it's time to transform! See ya!"
Transformers...
...demons in disguise.
"Hey Lisa, there's a bug on your forehead!"
"Where where get it off me "

I can just imagine the look on Harry's face while one of the last humans in the town slowly transforms into a demon...
...
The confusion is too much for Harry, and he's forced to leave the room. When he's finally figured out what was going on ("Must be that time of the month for her"), he goes back into the room.
Lisa has disappeared! There's a diary on the ground that wasn't there before.
"Still alive, but with wounds that won't heal.
Told the doctor I quit. Won't work at that hospital anymore.
The room is filled with insects. Even with doors and windows shut, they get in to spite me. To the hospital...
Feeling bad. Need to throw up. But nothing comes out. Vomiting only bile.
Blood and pus flow from the bathroom faucet. I try to stop it, but it won't turn off.
Need drug.
Help me..."
Lisa was a junkie. Makes sense, in retrospect.
Back to collecting relics.
In one of the rooms, we find a VCR. Remember the video tape from the hospital? We still have it!
"Still has unusually high fever...Eyes don't open...Getting a pulse...But just barely breathing...Her skin is all charred!...Even when I change the bandages, the blood and pus just start oozing through! Why...what's keeping that cild alive? I...can't stand it any longer...I won't tell a soul...promise. So please..."
This is the same tape, but this time, we can understand almost everything she says. 'She' is Lisa, judging by the picture. Don't worry if the plot starts to confuse you at this point - I'll devote a whole update to plot analysis after the next update.
And that's the fourth mysterious artifect!
Oh by the way, I forgot to mention the FUCKING INVISIBLE DEMON GHOST BABIES!

This scene actually explains most of the plot of the game, but like I said, I'll save the explaining for another time.
After the cut-scene, we pick up the last of the relics.
People who have played Silent Hill 3 may remember this room
Geez I wonder what we have to do at this door.
