The Sorcerer of the Evil Eye. The Changer of Fates. The Bondsman of the Dead. Surely you've heard of him.

You mean you haven't? Seriously.

Well then, that means he'll have to kill you.

Despite all his boasting, Dio? hardly seems to be all he plays himself up to be. He is still a Dracon wizard, though, and should not be discounted off hand.
