While Alexemia is the Queen of the Nereids, because she is no longer capable of operating on land Juno handles most of their interactions with the outside world. Unfortunately, she is somewhat tactless and hotheaded for someone in a diplomatic role. She's also in charge of taking care of Penn, treasure of the Nereids, most of the time. She loves him to death. He wishes she had bigger boobs.
