Extract h264 Video from an m2ts File

There's a few steps you'll need to do in order to get it out of an m2ts, first of all go to Tools -> HD Streams Extractor, then you should be able to extract data out of that container, here's an example of what that will look like after selecting H264 on the video and AC3 on the audio:



Then you click extract, wait for that to complete, then go to Tools -> Muxer -> MP4 Muxer. Under video Input just select the h264 file (though this probably won't show up, just rename the file .264 instead of .h264), under audio just select the ac3 file and click queue. Then go to the queue tab, hit start, and your video will be in a nice shiny mp4 container.
