Since I have no intention of going back into that room unless someone has something specific they want to do, I'm going to tell you about the exit mechanics. If you go west, you will always fail. If you go in any other direction, you have a 5% chance of escaping to the anteroom. Escaping in two moves is incredibly unlikely, but I'll take it.
(Some versions of the Inform port have a bug where going west takes you out of the room 100% of the time, but what fun is that?)

And here we see another possible, but unlikely event. You can miss the dwarf, and every time one throws a knife at you there's a chance you'll randomly die (9.5% in this port). This is one of the ways the random number generator can screw you over in Adventure. As promised, this is the third death message. If this were an actual death, the tone you have just heard would be followed by score information and a restart. But this was only a test of the Orange Smoke System.
