Aside from some fluff news, your astronauts have graduated from Advanced Training! Also, perhaps more importantly, Young and Knight have both announced retirement. Young for Health reasons and Knight for "personal" reasons. As requested, here's a matrix of workable teams not involving people that are retiring soon or have low mood. I'm defining low as anyone who's at Yellow level, so 65 or lower, which is excluding the following:

Grissom, Wood, Young, Lovell, See, Knight, Givens.

That's it out of the current set that are in high(ish) spirits and not planning to leave within 2 seasons already. You have 128 MB to work with. Also your newbies should be out of Basic next season, I believe. It's either that or next Spring.
