Buzz Aldrin's Race Into Space

by Frankomatic

Part 42: Spring 1967: Pre-Vote

Huh, apparently everyone needs to shut up about negative things happening. Oh well, you should still end up with the Cricket most of the way to max R&D if not totally there barring some really awful rolls. Also that picture seems to have nothing to do with the news story.

Soviet Russia is still looking more awesome in terms of space despite not really accomplishing anything towards the actual goal here. Assuming the missions you guys have planned go properly though you should go shooting by probably in both graphs.

Might want to keep in mind that the first 4 man capsule in space is worth 20 points of Prestige for no obvious reason though, so that could be an equalizer. Pretty sure it has to not explode for it to count though.

The moon as you know it. Mostly complete, will probably be close to topped out with the Lunar Pass and eventual orbital, assuming you do both. Which you will, because you have no reason not to aside from possible heckling from the danger seekers in the peanut gallery. You've got 128 MB in the bank.

Missions to occur this season
Pad A: Manned Earth Orbital LM Test
Pad B: Manned Lunar Pass

Voting for what to do will end at 5:00PM EST on Wedensday, March 9th.

Leaving this the same as the last one, given that things will probably follow the established form of the thread with only one real plan being offered. I've got some things to do later today but I'll probably run the turn around the time given.
