The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay

by GUI

Part 12

Cryo Chamber.

Riddick goes unconscious

The next day...
hmm, that other cryo box wasn't there before.

A way out, perhaps?

Riddick enters another cryo box.

The machine comes to pick up the guy who originally goes into that cryo box.

Get out of here, this is my new home dude.

Pyramids of cryo boxes.

Riddick is in this one.

The box is placed in one of the pyramids.

Riddick starts kicking the box.

BOOM.

We can move! We pick up a club that fell from the box and get moving.

Riddick goes unconscious again.

Riddick wakes up and-- OHMYGODWHATISTHATHING. Stupid creepy robots.

Duo of evil.

We hide and wait until the robots are gone, time to enter that door.

Shit, they saw me, better hurry.

Phew.

Locked.

This one is open.

ROBOTS.

GET OUT OF THIS GAME, EVIL THINGS.

Going down.

A robot's gotta dance.

We destroy the army of technology and move on to the other side of the passage.

We reach this room with a guard.

DU DU DU DU OH YEAH.

Armed and dangerous.

NanoMED Plus.

Another passage at the end of this room.

Keep it greasey and it'll go down easy with the pistol.

Do you have stairs in your house?

YOU ARE NO MATCH FOR MY LITTLE PISTOL OF DEATH.

The previously locked doors...

become unlocked.

Oh hay thanks for the shotgun, dude.

Time to backtrack to the big room with the locked doors.

TIME TO ENTER THE GATES OF HELL.

WHAT THE FUCK DIE.

Those are some big shoes.

We reach this room beyond the previously locked doors, the robots can be shot at and activated but we won't bother them for now.

HOP IN, FAGGOT.

AHAHAHAIHOASHOIHDIOSA2990AHH0!!!|@@@1|||!!!!! QQQQ, qqqqqqqq!

Time to blow up things.

The thing at the top right of the screenshot is the secondary fire of the big robot, missiles.
The primary fire is a machinegun.

Forget it.

BRING IT ON.

The entire robot section is amazing, the music, enemy speech and feeling that you're driving something powerful make it one memorable part.

EVERYTHING EXPLODES.

Another elevator ride.

RUN MY PUPPETS.

THE AMERICAN DREAM.

Surprise you got squashed!

MISILES ON THE LEFT, MISSILES ON THE RIGHT.

I'M SO FANTASTIC.

Last elevator ride, I swear.

The ammo... is limited? Nah.

I KILLED YOUR BROTHERS, NOW I'LL KILL YOU.

Fun is over.

Riddick activates the switch that opens the huge doors that lead to a flying platform.
It has come to my attention that another robot has appeared and OH FUCK.

Time to get out of here for good.

Ok, maybe not.

The sun is happy, escape means have arrived.

JOHNS-ENEMY-THAT IS NOW MY FRIEND.

To fuck with me?

Sure.

Riddick knocks Johns out.

OH GOD A MISSILE WE ARE GOING DOWN HELP OHMYGODWHATHEFUCK.

Riddick changes the route of the ship.

Entering with style.

Johns... is dead?

The ship falls.

A sequel.

Well, The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay mixes combat, stealth, and great storytelling in... WHERE ARE YOU GOING.

Hoxie hides in that... box-shaped thing above the ground while his robotic guards are released.

A chaingun fell from that ship!

The robots are invinsible but considering how they are always shooting it's pretty easy to spot them.
The lights can also be shot, this makes the robots visible during the rest of the (horribly easy) fight.

Roll credits.

DISSSSSSSSNEEEEEEEEEEY RIIIIIIIIIIIIIDDDDDDDDDDDEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

Johns is alive.

The Riddick asked the Hox.

:O

Riddick and Johns in another ship.

"Statistically, landings are the most dangerous", remember?

Eyeshine. :O

Pitch Black begins after this.

Credits.

The epilogue, this happens a few seconds before The Chronicles of Riddick movie begins.

Asks Riddick...

to the mysterious voice.

Who?

HELIOS, WHAT'S HAPPENING.

Foreshadowing the future.

Riddick slams his knife against the ice.
