Production Disruption
The Soviets are ready to start producing a new type of submarine, one capable of launching sea-to-ground missiles. They cannot be allowed to construct such a dangerous weapon!

Objective: Destroy the Soviet submarine pen(s) before they construct any advanced submarines. If any are created, destroy them at all costs!
Briefing: The Soviets are beginning construction of a new class of submarine capable of launching sea-to-ground missiles. We don't have to tell you the amount of devastation these could cause. Take a small squad of troops and infiltrate their power grid. When it is down, additional reinforcements will be sent in. When ready, head north and destroy their sub pen, preventing further construction of these subs. If any are built, they must not be allowed to escape!
Author's note: Oddly easier than I recall, I didn't think it was possible to kill the sub pen before any subs are ever built...
