Troy Stone

He's captured again, and forced to make an appearance on national TV. Initially, he sticks to the propaganda but has a change of heart at the end. Though it's unclear what consequences that will bring upon him.


Weapons

Rocket launcher

"The RPG 7V rocket launcher is no peashooter. This unwieldy weapon is heavy, ugly and inaccurate, but it makes up for all it's shortcomings with one redeeming feature: the ability to penetrate armor."

The most destructive weapon in the game, if you only take raw damage into account. The launcher will only appear at a few specific points in the game, and will only be available in your base during the last leg of the game. It pretty much behaves like you'd expect a rocket launcher to do, and is adept at blowing things to pieces. It's also the only weapon that can kill choppers, and does so in one hit. But the choppers can dodge your shots, so don't count on it! It's downsides are that the rockets tend to deviate over distance, and that it's very hard to keep it supplied. You basically have to know where you can grab ammo boxes in advance, and even then they only give one rocket. Still, if the opportunity arises it's a good idea to make use of the launcher, and you will need it for one special thing close to the end of the game.
