Mike: That sure is a big snake. Is he friendly?
Pandora: Lucifer is very friendly to me. She is my familiar. She gives me my powers. Isn't that right, Lucy Goosey?
Mike: What's my fortune?
Pandora: I get my strongest readings from personal items. Perhaps you have something in your possession that I may examine?

Alright, first let's try Rita's reunion ticket.

Okay. How about the camera?

The hanger?

Finally, the magnet.

Crap. we can still talk to her though.

[Actually, if we reload a savegame and show her the magnet:

Pandora: I see a wheel with six spokes that turns no longer.]

Mike: What powers does your snake give you?
Pandora: Powers that let me see into the distant past and the far future. Powers that let me help people guide their destinies. In layman's terms, I tell fortunes.
Mike: This time can I just ask you questions without all the hocus pocus?
Pandora: I sense that your psyche wanders a plain far removed from this one. Mysticism holds much greater meaning for you than does normal conversation. No, another reading is what you need.
Mike: What does your snake eat?
Pandora: Whatever she can fit into her mouth. By the way, I wouldn't stand so close.
Mike: What's my fortune?
Pandora: I get my strongest readings from personal items. Perhaps you have something in your possession I may examine?
Mike: What can you tell me about the clown?
Pandora: I hear a distant thunderclap, provoking laughter close to home.
Mike: What can you tell me about Minnie and Daisy?
Pandora: I see a glassy envelope sent to one who in the morning walks on four feet, at midday two, and in the evening three - but now he sleeps!

One who has four legs in the morning, two in the midday, three in the evening, and now sleeps?

I won't patronize you with this - we all know this riddle and the answer to it. In case you don't:  It's a person. You crawl on four limbs as a baby (morning), two legs as an adult (midday), three - counting a cane - when you're elderly (evening) and then you sleep (die).

Annoyingly, you may know the answer to this riddle but Mike doesn't. Which means we need to examine shit and talk to people so that Mike knows the answer. This game is giving me a stroke.

Mike: What can you tell me about Gargan?
Pandora: I see a lightning bolt striking his head, and a great weight lifting from his heart.
Mike: Thank you, that was very insightful.
Pandora: It was our pleasure. Good fortune to you. Hiss "good-bye," Lucy dear.
