Before I get into exactly what I did, I'm going to say this: the Gambler's Garb is annoying to take into consideration. The defense value is a lie, it's mostly a matter of "Boosts Evasion, doubles damage taken". Needless to say, this gets me killed many times before I buy the next-best armor in Healriz.

Before you start, you need at least 3 uses on Shreeker and somewhere between 60-80 Healing Pops for safety. Nevermind that you will be hoping for the lottery of RNG line-up, since you can save-scum basically nothing.

Raft. First boss. Short form, poison, pray that he doesn't land two attacks in the first two turns, then heal every turn after that until he dies. If Jian manages to counter, that helps speed it along, but Raft can kill you in a single hit very easily. Without the Gambler's Garb, he deals 15-21 damage on average. Basically: poison, spam Healing Pops, pray.

I beat Raft *once* in about 80 tries. Then the next one one-shots me with some kind of tail fire for 31 damage.

I think it's time for a break, if not this being a giving-up point.
