I’m very glad I went to bed early last night.

Please wake up.

So yeah Aigis snuck in and woke me up. But I mean she just seemed so enthusiastic, I couldn’t get that mad.

Did my alarm go off?
It has not triggered yet.
The paper on the wall says “Do things five minutes early.”
Therefore, I woke you up five minutes in advance.
Hey, are you awake?
That girl disappeared, and we can’t find her anywhere. Think you can help us out?
She might’ve gone out on her own, like she did in Yakushima…
I am not a girl… I am Aigis, and I am here.
Huh…?

Yukari was less happy about the situation.

She was asleep, so I unlocked the door.
That’s unlawful entry!
Didn’t we tell you to stay in the command room at night!?
I propose to be on standby in this room from now on. Is this acceptable?
Wh-Where is this coming from all of a sudden?
If there is a problem, then I will address it promptly.
Uhh… Well, you’re both girls, so if she doesn’t mind, I guess it’s okay…
…It’ll be pretty crowded in here, though. Are you okay with that?
It’s fine with me.
Huh? You’re okay with that…?
Well, I guess this’ll be Aigis’ room too from now on.
I will proceed to retrieve my equipment.
Is it all right to place the spare ammunition on the floor, Aelita-san?

Now that I’ve actually SEEN how much space Aigis’ stuff takes up I’m kind of glad we’re just giving her the room across from me.

But I must be by her side…
Oh well…
I’ll have a room prepared for you on the third floor, so you can stay nearby.
Oh, and don’t leave the dorm by yourself, okay?
I will do as commanded.
* sigh * I’m tired…
I have practice this morning, so I gotta go…
> Yukari shrugged and left…
…Everyone goes to a place called school in the morning.
I comprehend.
> Aigis nodded to herself…

Aigis also brought my package from the home shopping channel in, which was nice. Junpei’s concerned about what’ll happen after we win.

After we defeat all the Shadows and the Dark Hour disappears, what’s gonna happen then?
Hmm, I dunno.
Well, regular people don’t even know about the Dark Hour, right?
That means no one will ever know about anything we’ve done…
That kinda sucks, don’t ya think?

Aced the exams again.

> You decide to go look at the exam results.
> You scored the highest in your class!
> Everyone is looking at you with respect!
> You suddenly remember something.
> Mitsuru promised to give you a gift if you scored the highest.
> You should talk to Mitsuru when she’s at school…
> Lunchtime is almost over.
> You decide to go back to your classroom.

Aigis gave me some thing to look over on her specs. I guess she’s able to swap her hands for a variety of guns, it’s pretty impressive.

Her Persona Palladion seems mostly focused on powerful physical attacks and supporting allies.

I picked up some stuff at the police station then went to the café with Yukari for a while, not much to say about it.

So, how did you do on your exams?
Not bad.
That’s great! I’m happy for you.
Did you see Mitsuru-senpai’s score? Wow, she’s amazing.
…In two weeks, the moon will be full again.
Dude, those freaks with Apathy Syndrome will be everywhere… Wait, I mean “The Lost.”
I prolly shouldn’t complain about ‘em, since it’s not their fault. It’s those damn Shadows…
It is possible to end this…
Six Shadows remain.
If we can eliminate them, the Dark Hour will vanish.
Yeah, that’s true…
So, what you’re trying to say, Aigis, is that fighting is more important than studying, right?
…I agree 100%!

The news seems to be confirming that the Lost are growing in numbers again.

Newscaster: Ah, we’ve just received this bulletin.
More Apathy Syndrome patients have been sighted.
They seem to be relapses of the same patients from the previous months…

Junpei bombed his exams again I think.

Defeating Shadows is more important than getting good grades!
Any time spent studying could be used to go to Tartarus and--
Don’t get carried away… You should still study.
You can learn from a defeat… But sometimes that is the hardest lesson.

I think Akihiko did okay on them.

Just don’t forget to train.

Aigis wanted to know what school was like.

How would you classify the facility known as “school”?
Entertaining.
Roger that. I will categorize “school” as entertaining.

I’m pretty sure they didn’t get a chance to check my scores.

Well, don’t worry if your grades weren’t that good.
With everything that’s been going on, I’m sure you did the best you could.

Mitsuru did even better than I did, somehow. Like I think they gave her some extra points for correcting some of the questions on her exam papers.

If you did poorly, you may have to attend summer school…
I did fine.
That’s very good.
Well, let’s see how the others did.

Fuuka was quite impressed.

With all that happened, she still managed to do great on her exams.
She can filter out distractions and focus on the task at hand. * sigh * I wish I could do that.

With school almost out, it was finally time to return to Tartarus.

> The pathway is becoming unobstructed…

It seems we’ve reached a new block of the tower.

The enemy has changed too… Please be careful.

Aigis informed me about one of her special functions during a battle with some Shadows.

It is called Orgia Mode. Would you like more information on it?
Yes, please.
In this mode, my limiter is temporarily disabled.
Thus, my offensive capability increases significantly.
However, since my inhibition logic is disabled as well, I am entirely autonomous during that time.
Furthermore, once Orgia Mode has been activated, it cannot be canceled until I overheat.
Then, a cool down period is required before I can resume normal operation.
Orgia Mode only lasts for a short while, so timing is crucial.
That concludes the tutorial… Would you like me to repeat it?
No, I’m good.
The command to activate Orgia Mode can be accessed via “Tactics.”

It took Fuuka quite a while to find our next enemy.

……
……
Sorry, I can’t sense anything…
I’m afraid you’ll have to find out for yourself.

Several floors later, she managed to nail it down.

I sense a strong presence on the 72nd floor!
Please be careful.

The first set of Guardians we faced were a group of giants.

The bigger they are the harder they fall.

Video- “Furious Gigases”

Watch

Boss Battle: Furious Gigas x 3
These are powerful physical attackers with Power Charge and Rebellion, which improves the crit rate of everyone on both sides. They’re weak against wind, though, so just bring Yukari and your own Wind persona and kill them with all-out attacks. Easy as can be.

I’d managed to kill some big scary machines that weren’t nearly as friendly as our newest member, and Elizabeth had a reward for me.

You obtained these from a particularly strong monster…
In fact, you are much more formidable now than when you first stepped into this room.
I will have to think of harder requests for you to fulfill.
Please accept your reward.
> Obtained King of Wands x 2.

It was quite a while before Fuuka could pinpoint the second one in this region of Tartarus.

It’s on the 85th floor.

This time there was just one of them.

Be careful.

We returned to the lobby for a bit before we engaged, which gave me a chance to turn in some more things Elizabeth had asked for.

You know, it’s a shame, really, that humans only believe in what they can see.
The statues those fragments are from were made from people’s feelings…
Have you ever thought about why your Persona looks as it does?
Please accept your reward.
> Obtained Land Badge.

I’m still not sure exactly what she meant. Anyway, we’d also found one of those weird golden Shadows.

The Supreme Hand is a rare foe, indeed. Congratulations on tracking one down and defeating it.
Well, this proves you are getting stronger. I’m glad to see that.
Please accept your reward.
> Obtained Lacross Stick.

The next Guardian was a strange tower of heads.

We still knocked it over, though.

Video- “Fanatic Tower”

Watch

Boss Battle: Fanatic Tower
This guy’s a bit trickier than the past few, he’s got Zio skills and a group Poison attack to throw at you. You’re probably best off with physical attacks, keep debuffs on him when you can to help matters out. If you’re not a huge cheater like me you probably don’t want to have both Aigis and Yukari around since both are vulnerable to Lightning.

Soon after we reached the dead end.

Good job. Please come back to the entrance.

I think these weird things must have been written by one of the researchers from before the accident.

If Elizabeth knows, she’s not saying anything.

We are one step closer to the truth.
You know, it seems like people write about both good and bad experiences in their diaries, doesn’t it?
Have you ever thought about that?
Please accept your reward.
> Obtained Fast Retreat x 1.

I’d also found something weird that Elizabeth had been asking about finally.

An artificial creature created by man…
It lives only to die, unaware of its sad plight…
Thank you for showing me such a rare thing.
Please accept your reward.
> Obtained W. Outfit Junpei.

I think we’re done for the night, I’m sure we’ll be back here again before the Full Moon though.
