So what exactly can this dog do that allows it to be called "legendary"? Well, those stats are pretty impressive, if not exactly what it wants right now. But it can still lay some damage with that Fire STAB. And it learns all them good Normal moves to make use of that high attack. But one point in its favour is being able to use Dig. Which isn't amazing, but can do some serious damage to other Fire types. And if you really want to go crazy, Arcanine learns Teleport. Seriously. Otherwise, it could be pretty good, but it'll take a few years before it gets to the really good stuff.
