The big bad rock snake and pffft 45 Attack??? What kinda crap is that? I mean, sure, 160 Defense is mental and the Speed is alright, but with only 30 Special, you're not intimidating in the slightest. There's a reason Brock eventually left this thing behind, firstly so it can actually evolve into something useful, but also because despite being terrifying and huge, it's actually pretty rubbish. And even 160 Defense crumbles to a really strong super effective attack, so definitely pass.
