The real prince of the sea. Overall, eh. It's not hugely amazing, but it does what it do just fine. It has a terrible movepool until very late, but being a Water type, it gets just enough to patch up them holes. That's about all it can do, but it's a very useful little thing. Uh, it learns some Normal moves, which you'll need so you can do something against other Water types. But yeah, it's, uh, it's a bit basic. But it's the last piece of puzzle for my team.
