So now stuff is starting to evolve and, well, it's still mediocre. Everything aside from Special is average and doesn't really do all too much. So, keep playing to Grass type's strengths. The movepool is still a problem, we'll be with Vine Whip for a while and there's not much we can do about it. Regardless, this is still an improvement and it can hit fairly hard. It just needs moves that aren't weak as hell.
