Special is the same, they can both do fuck all with it. Another strange thing, Female has 2 more in base stats than Male. For whatever reason, it's not a simple reflection between the defensive and attacking stats. It also learns Double Kick in Yellow much earlier than in R/G/B and can make much better use of it, but still, evolve, or use the other million Poison types in the game.
