Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga

by Luisfe

Part 41: Orochi appears.

Update 41

The Road to... The next optional boss!

The next target is in the Solids' old base.

But before getting there, it is time to sell the loot. It's not going to be nearly enough for what's needed in the end, but it'll serve for now.

And then, buyin' time!

Ragnarok is the ultimate physical skill. It lowers defense, too.
Null Phys is self explanatory, and an auto skill.
Life Surge gives a 20% boost to HP. Eeeeh.

Missing File: DDS007.jpgWe'll get this as soon as we can — however it might just be gone forever, sorry! If you know where we can find it, please get in contact
Mana gain gives an extra % of MP. Useless for Heat.
Mana Walk restores a % of MP every couple of steps. Useful. But not for Heat.

Auto Soma is broken.
Remember Victory Cry from Nocturne?
Yeah. That.
Null Ailment is useful for Cielo. Except for the one part where he is useful.

I think I already explained these.

Xanadu. Xanadu is the best Expel spell.
It still sucks ass, though.
Dekaja and Dekunda are must gets. Removing enemy buffs and undebuffing the party are valuable skills.

First one must transport to Citadel 2.

Then go to this place.

There it is, the entrance to the Sewers.

Look familiar?
Fortunately, other than the water pump maze, this is less horrible than the Manipura Waterways.
Except for the goddamn fucking reinforcements.

AAAAAAAAAH

FUCKING.
SAMAEL.

Goddamn assholes
The Arahabakis were good.
These guys aren't.

Couple of close walls.

And a fucking trap container.

It is Ongyo-Ki!

Nothing more than a joke at this point, due to abundant grinding.

That may have been a problem before.
But after Beelzebub?
Ha, no.

Serph's human form is efficient at disposing of them.

See?

A Soma!

EAT POISON YOU GODDAMN BASTARDS.

Just a little example of the assholishness of this water pump labyrinth. I hate it.

And in the end, Orochi!

That was all the highlights of this goddamn optional dungeon.
Next: Beating Orochi, with video and all.
