Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga

Part 50

Update 50:

Okay, let us beat the third one. This is going quite well.

The Citadel. Deserted now.

First thing to be done is this, to transport to the first terminal.

Cielo levelled up, his agility stat is obscene.

Eventually, going north, this area is reached.

"He... Walked right through the wall.
He is looking for you.
Don't underestimate him, or you'll end up just like me."
Alive, but hurt?

Oh dear. Better go check the other one first, then.

Not much use for bullets now. Pretty much only against Omoikanes, and that is already set to work.

Let's see what is behind there.

Another Guardian Beast. (Gamevee)
Almost done. One more and the GFuardians are OVER. (Viddler)
And that is a good tihng (Youtube)

Well, there it goes.

This boss' gimmick is that it has two personalities. Or something. It has no relevance on the gameplay, but that pretty much makes it the most amusing of the Guardian Beasts so far.

Aw, isn't that cute? They fight themselves.

There is ONLY one target, so as I said, no relevance in the fight whatsoever. Let's move on.

This boss REALLY likes to use Dekunda. Shame. Can't debuff it to kitten-like capcities (well, to be fair, kittens can be quite vicious, goddamn orange kitties, being completely insane even after being neutered. They have the devil in them, honestly.)

How cute.

As pretty much every boss for a while, it has RAGE. Eeeh, nothing to be worried about, really.

Magic Repel fails to work against Almighty spells. And this one does not resist almighty at all.
That is good news.

Yes, a lesson.
You know what that lesson is?

How to die against Black Sun. Yup.

Three down, one to go.

"Let's look for deir boss, then!"

"But, something doesn't seem right, don't you think?"

There are four Guardians. BUt as in with Persona 3, they together are more than the sum of their parts.

Anything more?
Hee.

Next: The fourth one.
