Just for the record, a Page 13 is not just for when you fuck up. It's an additional administrative remark that is placed in your service record as proof that you were told something important that they want documented. You can get them after receiving important training, for being given an important collateral duty or qualification, or for non-disciplinary counseling, for instance going "in the hole" (negative balance) on your leave days requires a written warning that you can't go on leave in an emergency until your balance is positive again. Now, if he has 24 disciplinary Page 13's that's pretty crazy, but 22 Page 13's in general actually seems a little low for a guy as crusty looking as him. I've probably gotten over a dozen in my first 5 years but only one was for getting in trouble.
