Yeah, Dio? is actually pretty powerful. He can wreck you if you're unprepared for what he can do.
Oh, and on the discussion of Yuri Lowenthal above, he's also the Protagonist in Persona 3, as well as another somewhat important character who I will not mention nor will I tolerate anyone else mentioning.
