Part 125: Iraq Tutorial: Part 1

As an interlude, I'd like to show off a little game I've made, in a scenario that wasn't designed for it.

The tutorial scenario in this game is a one-sided US vs. Iraq 1991 match. I've played it several times as Iraq, to see how well I do. This will be a description of one of those times:

As Iraq is Player 2, the computer went first. One of my artillery pieces fired at a Bradley and missed, it deployed smoke, and nothing else happened.

On my turn, most of the Iraqi units hadn't yet arrived on the battlefield, so I had little to do except move my infantry as far back as they could. Putting your units in open view of the superior American equipment means they get killed, and leaving them behind the hill gives them at least a chance to fire a shot before they get blown up in return.

The exception consists of these three T-72s on the bottom. Putting them on the hill early means they can attack American forces as I approached. Of course, I accidentally clicked somewhere and moved one tank farther forward.

This was the result.
