Markinson deploys Gabe to Rhoemer's Medical Stronghold in Ukraine to find Phagan in order to learn the location of PHARCOM's computer systems used in creating the Syphon Filter virus. In memory of Lian Xing, Logan ups the voltage a tad on his taser and with a few tactical back pats lets all the test subjects know the world will be saved soon.
