Lian orchestrates a gang war to get an excuse to kill lots of Japanese gang members while Sarin and the Taser are deployed on the Tokyo streets. Afterwards, Imani Gray's plane gets shot down over Myanmar, and Lian heads there to retrieve the body and the viral container she tracked.
