Part 7: Challenge 1

Challenge 1

I have returned, with the first challenge operation! Since everything in it is something you've seen in regualar operations, and the only strategy is to consistently score "U Operatin': Cool", these are fairly self-evident when you watch them. So, in order to spice things up a bit, I enlisted a second doctor to save the (imaginary) patients. We also had considerable success with certain post-game operations that will remain nameless, but it'll be some time before we see that.
