Part 14: To the swamp!

To the swamp!

You know the drill.

Sadly I forgot to equip my umbrella.

The theme for this chapter seems to be gorillas and plants...

These guys are starting to give pretty decent exp, so I Lawfer and Yumei level pretty quickly. Mess em up Lawfer! / Backup

A rotting tree? In a swamp? ABOMINATION!!!

We chop that shit down with a quickness. None can withstand my fury.

Next on my to do list is to kick some ghost ass. These guys are kind of annoying since they hit you with fire lance. They can't take a hit though.

As I'm searching around, I peer behind a tree...

MONTY HAUL BITCHES!!!!!

Among the spoils is a brand new skill book.

I already have this one, so I transmute it into Trick Step, which is pretty .

Remembering all the fun I had playing in the flower muck in the last dungeon, I plunge into a mud puddle.

What's this? Someone hid some perfectly good treasure chests in this crap.

We'll just take this with us.

Demons BEWARE (Deamons too!)

Definitely (ohh spelled right on the first try) the best piece of loot I got from this dungeon was a Cure Condition skill book.

Which I pormptly tranmute into Auto-Item . You pretty much hear this in any FAQ, but if you haven't played before, if you have the skill Guts and the skill Auto-Item you can make your party damn near unkillable as long as you have items to use.

Towards the end of my journey I come to the top of a cliff. Nothing better to do than jump down.

Yay, neck deep in mud again. The glorious life of a norse God.

Well hello there.

This line doesn't make alot of sense, but I think they are trying to say "Yeah this is a Zombie Dragon, but it's already been kinda beat up, so if you were fighting a healthy one it would school your ass.

It's pretty bad.

I am far worse.

I managed to get some Broken Armor to drop, which isn't any good now, but later I can transmute it into a Glare Sword.

For artifacts this time, I got an Inscribed Fragment (which I gave up because it just transmutes into something I don't need), and Bark of the Dryad (which I kept because I can make it into a dimension slip, which is awesome later).

Just a quick update this time. and are all ready to be sent up, and and are gaining levels quickly. I'll train them a bit more and then make a run at the Cave of Oblivion.
