War in the Pacific

Part 1128: Operational Report: 07/01/45

The Japanese throw more planes at my ships at Davao.

Our own planes keep up the pressure.

The enemy at Tacloban are not going to last long at this rate.

A shock attack at Davao does some nice damage, but does not break a fortification level.

I have the supply ships back in Rangoon, the Japanese attack them once more. Unfortunately for them, the supply ships have been running unmolested for weeks, and Rangoon has over 20,000 tonnes of supplies, and one or two planes.

We continue to grind north.

Lots of attacks going on, and the casualties are all in my favor at the moment. This means that something terrible is about to go wrong. I've been playing this game long enough to know that.
