Part 49: Turn 52 - 24th June 1944

Unknown to to the Germans, the ports of England work overtime. If they are seen, Hitler is just told they are taking the long route to Calais.



You think that's going to stop me?



The Germans even lose a tank in the skirmishing.







The Bombers keep on bombing.






Looks like they got supplies into Venice.



Time to keep on pushing on.



I expand my little breach in their lines.



The Germans are trapped with their backs to the mountains.



I try and find chinks and hit them.



I cut off the 16th SS Panzergrenadiers, then exploit the new gap.



Nice falls, and a port opens.



Off they go. No-one knows where they will stop. Books will be written about the 6th SA Armoured Division.



It's a tad busy down here.



The first units begin to make landfall.






I hit a weak spot the Germans have created in their lines – I don't want them sending troops south now, do I?



Keep on surrendering!
