Lancelot Flight refuels and rearms their Excaliburs for the next leg of the journey, deeper into the Kilrah system. There's no conversation scenes left in the game, though there's one scene before you take off for the final time that got cut (probably because it feels a bit stupid when you consider Blair's saying it to one person - really stupid in our case, since he'll be saying it to his girlfriend).

Vagabond's funeral isn't triggered by losing him on the final mission series - presumably because the funerals are all set on the Victory's hangar deck, and re-doing them all with a different background must have been too much space on the CDs. Here it is anyway:
