Introduction

Suikoden II takes place two or three years after the end of the first Suikoden. It is about hanging out with Viktor and pissing on stuff.

Our hero is a plucky fella, the adopted grandson of a man who retired from the hero business to become a martial arts instructor. He hangs out with his best friend Jowy and his super anime sister Nanami. As all Suikoden heroes go, he, too, bears an awesome True Rune that makes it so you'll never need to waste a party slot on a Water Rune ever again, except this not-a-Water Rune can also Berserk your party and kill the shit out of your enemies.
