Returning to the Italian Renaissance, Ezio wakes up in Rome and immediately dons his Assassin robes to begin the fight against the Borgia, again. He'll soon meet up with Machiavelli, and learn just how much toll the Borgia have taken on the ancient capital of the Roman Empire. In spite of how much they've done, and continue to do, the people's will has not been completely broken, and Ezio begins to see the signs of a counterattack. Same partner as always.
