To get the Rich Ending, you need to possess over a million Cole by the end of the game. In addition, you need to have not tripped any ending flags whatsoever. Basically, the only way to do this is in one playthrough is to exploit how the game gives you requests. What you need to do is play the game up to making either the Ruby Pie or Golden Pie, register it with Iksel, then get rid of everything in your Basket (you can leave equipment. Esty never asks for non-accessory equipment).
