Part 39: Update XXXVII: An Alchemist and the End of her Journey, Jyu-Go: An Alchemist and her Teacher
This is the main event, this is...The Final Ending.
I'm done! Homhom, how about you?
I will need more time... I am sorry, but will you start on the next one?
Sure thing. How many more do we have to do today?
Three more.
Three!? Aww! What'll I do!? I can't finish them all in time!
But...people come to me because they need my help.
And you can't turn them down, right? You're so nice...
That's not the point! We're all being dragged into this because of you!
Aww...don't be so mad...
If you have time to apologize, move your hands! Go! Go!
Man, this must be what hell looks like. Here, I brought you something.
Isky! Thank you so much... I haven't had anything to eat all day!
Good timing! We need every bit of help we can get. So, c'me're and help us!
U-umm, I'll go make us some tea.
Thanks. So, should we take a break then?
Nooo...
*fade to black*
...So, what do you think you're doing here?
Do you have to ask? I'm here to help her.
Do your job before you start helping other people!
Well, it's the same with me. Besides, what kind of kingdom would work its King when he doesn't want to?
Don't turn this around on me!
*fade to black*
Oh, good morning. You're on time? That's unusual.
Yes. I wanted to see you so badly, I couldn't get a wink of sleep last night.
Uh-huh, sure. I bet the Minister yelled at you about that. He looked pretty irritated.
Oh, you knew...? Well, there's no reason for him to yell at me today...
...He looks mad.
Yeah, what is it? I wasn't late today...
Oh, sorry. I'll change later. Anyway, did you look at that document I turned in yesterday?
About the additional funds for the alchemy workshop...? It wasn't bad, but don't you think you were being a little too generous?
Oh, how's that? The kingdom will profit greatly if we use alchemy.
Hmmm, however...
*fade to black*
...I'm so bored.
Yes. I want to work, Master.
We were so busy till last week... I wonder what happened?
I am sorry, but I have no answer for you.
That is impossible. Your work was perfect every time.
R-really? But, then...
Rorona! Come out here!
Cory? What's the matter?
Just come on out! Hurry!
Hey, don't yank me!
*fade to black*
Whoa, look at that line. What's going on there?
Don't you see? They used to be your customers, but that place stole them all!
Stole my customers? Who would do that...?
M-Master...?
You're back early. Did you get kicked out of all the other towns? And, don't call me Cory!
So I decided to open another one here to expand my business.
...
With that said, Rorona, we are rivals from now on...
This is not the time for a heart-warming moment. You're supposed to burn with anger against your new rival...
What!? Master! Masterrrr!
But...but... Waaaah!
...Uh, everyone is watching you. Geez. You should've seen this coming. Why didn't you just come back like a normal person?
Well, you know, it's kind of embarrassing...
There, there. Shut up. I know.
...Fine, you can act like this today, but only today.
is the only way I can sum up this ending. Works in a lot of different ways. In any case...
That's the end of the game. I can't say it always was a blast, but I had fun. I'd like to thank you all for tuning in for my take on this game, and I hope you'll join me as we get to a far superior game in a few days. Although I'll take a few days vacation from LPing work (Assassin's Creed III ahoy), I'll do a write-up introduction for Totori to get everyone settled in for the new game, and we'll hit the deck running soon enough. Until then, I've been Sylphid, and this has been Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland.
