After we rescue Vickie Vale (and get introduced to the sniper enemy type) we get the notice that Alfred was able to get his hands on a cure. Of course we go over there to pick it up right away.

This video also features a couple sidequest things at the very end of the video. Don't expect to see much of that for a long while, but rest assured I'll be wrapping up the Zasz, Deadshot, Identity Theft Killer, Titan formula and other sidequests eventually.
