Paralogue 9: Wings of Justice
Decent tomes for sale once you beat Laurent's paralogue, but it's mostly in case there's Risen on the other shop that sells Nosferatu.
Sumia's paralogue is on an island south of Owain's map, and obviously can't be accessed until Sumia gains an S with someone. She has a very limited support list for males, with two already taken (Henry, Chrom). Frederick won the vote-off over Gaius for...the right to propose to Sumia? I guess?

Laurent promotes to Sage, gaining a decent amount of stats and learning staves.
Alright, let's visit the map.
The harvest must've just come in. I wager there's some good eating to be had!

I did a little investigating on that front, milord. It seems a band of nasty rogues have been harrying them without pause for some time. Apparently, they are led by a man who masquerades as...you.

All who would pretend to Chrom's name will answer to me for their deceit! Lay down your arms and surrender, or face judgment at my spear!
If she's being honestly deceived, we may be able to show her the truth. Enough! In the name of my lord Chrom, cast down your sword or draw it!
The map is semi-thick with forests, along with Cynthia starting out as an enemy going straight for us.
Frederick comes in too late as a deadbeat father since Cynthia's stats are already set. Just get a single battle to level 10 and promote to be useful or something, Fred.
Ruger's gimmick is that once per turn, he'll recruit a green unit as an enemy. If he recruits all of them, they'll all start charging while he runs away. If you get close to him, he'll start running away anyway. To get the max amount of EXP, let him recruit everyone basically.
Let's begin.
A few pretty lies, and I'll have the lot of 'em fighting for me! 
Very thing thing you should do is stay out of Cynthia's range because she only has a Steel Lance, meaning any of our units can kill her in one hit by accident.
Nowi gets carried by Fred to bait out the group of promoted enemies, stacking her defense to an impressive 35.
Donny once again supports Tharja's godawful hit, while the rest of the team hangs outside the enemy zone.

Hold fast until I give the word. The moment the clear that rubble, fall on them like an avalanche! 
Not even a high-level Hero can dent Nowi's defense. Fred chips in a Dual Attack to finally gain level 10 for a future promotion.
And boy, does he need one. He learns Tantivy.
Nowi takes on a couple more enemies before gaining a level. She misses on speed (again), but her defense and strength continues to grow and help her be the ultimate tank.
Tharja exchanges a couple blows herself, while Nowi continues taking on half the army without much harm to herself.
The Ylissean siblings take arms with each other as Lucina takes out a Hero.
Gregor rides with Cherche, while Henry wants to teach Owain the art of a bloodbath.

Nowi and Gregor work together to take down a Warrior in front of Cynthia. The latter gets an Elixir afterwards.
Chrom joins his wife to travel and talk some sense to Cynthia.

After recruiting her, Robin takes the lead and takes out a nearby Sniper.
At least Cynthia is fast enough for the story missions, but she ain't killing anything even with help on this map.
Laurent Rescues Robin from being bumrushed. Tharja takes out one of two enemies in her neck of the woods. Cynthia flies away to safety to end the turn.
Lucy gains a great level, nearing 30 strength and 4 levels away from Rightful King. She also gains C level lances.
Gregor smashes a mook's head and gains B rank Axes.
Lucy continues her rampage and counterkills a few more enemies.

Goddamn, seriously, reclassing to Sniper at some point to get that +20 Skill ability.
The Great Knight drops a Second Seal.
Frederick masters Axes while Tharja gains a level.
You are so incredibly lucky that Nosferatu exists, young lady.
Gregor takes out the last of the initial enemies, then Lucy and Owain take up camp to weather the 2nd wave.
Lucy kills a couple mooks before the rest advance on the team to end their turn.
Gregor gets some help from Cherche to take out the Sniper.
Some more cleaning up, with Morgan gaining a level.
Almost 20 defense for him, but everything else is just the usual high stats. The War Cleric drops a Physic Staff.
Nowi chips a Hero to end the turn, then that same enemy runs into his death by Gregor.
Really can't ask for more. Gregor learns Wrath (+20 Crit at half HP).
Nowi sits in the middle again to attract the remaining non-mercenary enemies. Something to note is that as long as you don't go really close to the green-turned-red units or Ruger, they won't attack you until they've all converted to red.
Nowi takes out the first victim, taking an Arms Scroll from the Sage's corpse.
Nowi chips out 3 more units and gains a level.
No more talking if you keep getting levels like that. I might just bite the bullet and let her eat a Speedwing or something.
Some action for Cherche and Henry to participate in.

Donny chips the first aggressor and gains D rank Axes.
Morgan starts off the turn with a bang.
Donny continues to smash through the troops in hopes of one day to wield Hector's Axe.
Nowi sets up a kill for Chrom using his mighty Noble Rapier...that he still slashes like it's a broadsword.
Gregor does a hit and run against a Dark Knight before Laurent Rescues him from danger.
Lissa really needs to plan a better get-together for them.
Magic. Would be more useful if we could buy Levin Swords.
Chrom takes out another unit via Aether.
Morgan really, really wants a Steel Sword apparently.
Very nice. Sometimes I wonder if I should've given Lucy Veteran instead of Ignis at times.
Chrom takes out a couple more mooks to gain a nice level.

Donny and Cherche get their axes together to weaken the Dark Knight for Fred to take out.

Cynthia is similar to Owain in being speedy, but she has much more balanced reclass options when it comes to being a physical attacker. She can either continue to become a high speed demon as a Falcon Knight or start off anew in a more grounded class for better defenses. Either way, her high speed will keep her viable as long as she's paired off to offset her low power.
Official Bio: Sumia's future daughter. A veritable force of nature when it comes to enthusiasm. She longs to be a hero (the epic kind) but, like her mother, slips up more often than not. The most baffling sleep talker.
