Part 13: Chapter 4, Stage 2

Nothin' much going on in this level. This section is probably the quietest in the game. We've spent the first few chapters setting up the plot situation and have been slowing gathering our forces. We now have our third character, but this urban area is primarily here to give players a chance to try out the new recruit: Rico. So we are now experiencing a lull in lore, really, until--uh, Chapter 6. Chapter 5 has some interesting character interactions, though, and we're going to get some story interludes here, but the major twists that truly set the game's plot in motion are still a ways away.

So for now, here's a bit of graffiti that vaguely resembles, uh... Monica Lewinsky? Rosanne Barr?
