Dungeon Deceit: Complete solution (Part
2)
The other prison cell has a couple of yellow potions in
it. These are important because Samhayne got to keep ours.
Inside the barrels is a chain coif. This would be
important if we weren't already much better equipped.
There's a key on the table.
And there's a bag on top of the barrels, because right
now all we have is a belt to clip about 800 lbs of stuff to. Seriously how
does that work? You can put one of those gigantic light house gems on it.
It doesn't make any sense.
There are some chain arms inside a barrel but we already
have some. Wait, why would you keep chainmail armor in a
barrel?
There's only one door leading out of this
area.
But it's not locked, and there's a gate behind it.
Hmm.
When we re-phase and go back to the same door, it unlocks
with the key we just found.
This is the least-effective prison
possible. If the Wyrmguard left the key there for us to find, it means
they knew about the phasing thing and wanted us to escape. If they didn't
leave the key there, it means they didn't even give this dungeon a cursory
glance before deciding to use it to imprison the legendary hero of the
entire world. This makes no sense. Argh.
We're still phased, so we can pass through the next
gate.
Inside is a button. Pressing it will lift the gate in the
non-phased... the normal world.... the opposite of whatever we've been
doing.
This wall is a secret door in the normal mode/non-phased
world/flavor country/whatever.
At the end of the hallway is a door. It is closed.
