Oh yeah PS this makes him a little faster.


Yeah this Jewel Sonar thingy, when used, does a sonar noise, and then pings once per chest left in the dungeon you're in. Which means, if you know you've cleared every chest in a dungeon, you can go back through it and use this, and if it pings at all you know for a fact that an egg is there. Woo! I didn't do this now though.

Yeah so the Elder of this town went to stop this Fire Dragon guy in the mountain to the south because, well I don't know apparently he's suicidal. I should go save his ass.

DRAGON MOUNTAIN home of the World's Most Difficult Trick, this inactive volcano is also home to several rare and beautiful flowers, and lot's of dragons. I picked up a travel brochure okay?


The first thing you might notice is this blue chest. I should get that.


Inside that door was this room, which I'll be coming back to a few times, later on.

This isn't so much a sprite recoloring as it is almost exactly the same color, just with a different name. We're getting to the point in the game where the normal Enemies are stronger than Gades, which is just funny.


I bought a painting once called Venus Fly, it was pretty awesome. I bought it in New Orleans off a woman who was selling her art at this Goth club. This was at Gooncon '05. You guys should all go to gooncon, it rocks.


I have to eliminate all these bushes at once to open the door or else they grow back. At first I thought I had to place bombs around it, then I realized fuck that, I'm placing bomb on the bushes

I got back to the beginning by dropping down a hole that put me back in the room with the teleporter. I'll be going back there once more after this.

SOUNDS EASY!


Basically, as you take steps, the grass grows. If it gets tall enough, you lose and have to start over. The best part is, you can be in the right position to shoot one grass, but if another one grows that you can't get to in time, you're fucked. Because of that, you always have to be in exactly the right place at the right time, which takes a lot of mental power, memorization, etc. which I'm saving for the Trick, so fuck this I used a FAQ.

45 minutes of me wracking my brain trying to figure this shit out. I finally did it, but hey, my head still hurts. Work is going to kick ass! I also picked up a couple chests, including a S-power ring and something else. Anyway, the four chests you get for completing the trick are a Lizard Blow, Legendary Helm, Holy Robe or something, and a Mega Shield. It's pretty amazing equipment, so it's worth it.

Well see north of here, under the water, is a land of Mermaids called Preamarl. They have this shrine, the Submarine Shrine, which is all fucked up when you go in, but there's a sword you see. And it could be Dual Blade. And yeah to get in you need this piece of Jade from inside, which I got and is very valuable but fuck it I'm old and will probably die soon anyway so you take it.


Jade is green retards.

Whatever, now I can go meet some mermaids, maybe get a Dual Blade, and I don't have to ever do a fucking ridiculous puzzle like that one again! YAY!
