Okay so they give you a chance to prepare before the battle (as per usual) and there's one thing that's really important to do:


make Marco really fucking fast. That way he'll act before Gades, giving you a huge advantage. It helps to be around lv12, like I am. However, do NOT put them in different rows yet. This is why:


If you do not have sufficient SF for head crush, it will cost 75 instead of 50. But you need to use it TWICE. So keep them all in the front row the first two turns while Marco head crushes and the other two use bombs. On the first turn, Head Crush does massive damage:


That's a lot of damage, for sure. Again, he dicks around for three turns




On the third turn, go ahead and move them to different rows


In case he uses his fruity SF move again.


After two head crushes and 11 hi bombs, he will die. I don't see how he wouldn't. This battle is a lot easier to win than the first one, although the reward isn't as good, I don't think.


Like the first battle, the 2000 LP is the best reward. Fuck yeah.


Gades' Blade is really powerful, but like in Lufia 2 it misses against undead enemies. Which is why the Bracelet is slightly better, I think, since it raises your attack and def, and doesn't restrict your attacks. Of course the Gades' Blade is really, really powerful, as we'll see in just a minute.

Also, when I fight big boss battles such as Sinistrals or whatever, should I make videos of the fights too? I can continue to, ah, find funny videos for the optional SInistral battles, but for the serious ones and the cool bosses, would you guys watch videos of my fights with them?
