Part 20: Forrest Heart

Soulblighter returns from the Untamed Lands in the South and attacks The Legion.


There’s a large time skip here, from December to May. They actually do this kind of thing a lot in Myth, and it’s never been clear what really fills up all that extra time. Anyhoo, we make our way into Forest Heart, over the Cloudspine, to see if the Forest Giants would like to maybe chip in and be useful, or just sit around until the Dark finishes extinguishing all life. Their answer for the last 13 years has been “Feel free to pound all the sand you can,” but two of the Nine are feeling good about it this year.

I was excited to think we’d get to play another of the Nine this time, but no. Actually, you never get to play any Avatara but Alric. Also, the dwarves were entirely MIA on this one, but we still ripped it up without them.
