Mitsuru wanted to remind me that if she’s not available one night we can’t go to Tartarus.



Yes.
I see. Your ability to adapt to new situations and environments is very impressive.
By the way, there’s something I forgot to tell you…
Most times you can find me in the lounge. However, I won’t be there if there is something I must attend to.
So, if I’m not in the lounge, we will explore Tartarus the following day.

Junpei’s got a movie he wants to see, I want to look into it first.



Oh hey, you free today? Wanna go see a movie?
A movie, huh…?
What, you’re not into movies?
You should see one once in a while. I guarantee this one’ll be good! …I haven’t seen it myself, though.

I was talking with Yukari after class.



Wanna go somewhere?
Hmm… okay, I wasn’t doing anything today, anyway.
Alright, let’s go.

We hit the café in the mall, it turns out Yukari had been wanting to talk to me about what she’d told me after I woke up.



There’s… something I need to say to you.
What is it?
Um… You probably might not remember, but…
Um…
When you woke up in the hospital…
You know, after the dorm was attacked by a Shadow and you discovered your Persona…
You know how I said all those things to you right after you woke up?
Like, “you’re the same as me,” and “you’re alone,” and stuff about your parents…
Um… I think that I might’ve been making assumptions about you.
I mean, I lost my dad, but in your case it’s both your parents…
And even though things may seem the same, people react to them differently…
But I ignored how you might’ve felt and forced my own opinions onto you.

I’m glad she got a chance to get this out so she could stop worrying about it, since I wasn’t really upset or anything.



…And I want to properly apologize for it. I’m sorry.
But… I still do sense something similar between us.
You might not like it, since it’s the fact that we’re both missing parents…
Still, I’ve never had anyone who could understand it around me before…
It’s different for everyone else at school.
They have both their parents at home…
They can complain about how they’ll get yelled at if they come home late…
I… When I hear stuff like that, I feel jealous.
But I hate feeling that way, so I hide it… And because I can’t tell anyone that, I feel distant…
I felt lonely.
So when I heard about you, I felt that you could save me from that…
…Yikes! Sorry! I’m being selfish again, I know.
But, the fact that you’re part of our group makes me feel a lot better.
I’m glad that you joined us…
Haha, I’m just going around in circles with this pity party, aren’t I?
But… That’s how I really feel.

I mean, friends don’t let things like this fester.



…It’s starting to get a little cold out. Let’s go home.

Oh, I guess we’ll finally have the internet back in the dorms soon. Junpei’s already talking about playing some online game or another.



For your information…
The Internet line which was ripped apart by the Shadow will be fixed tomorrow.
If you have a computer in your room, you should be able to connect.
…Well, that takes care of everything that was damaged…
…except, of course, Akihiko’s rib cage.
Oh, right. All this talk about the Internet reminded me of something.
I was totally addicted to this one online game for a while.
It’s called “Innocent Sin Online,” and it’s pretty fun.
……
I haven’t touched it since I got here… Maybe I should log in sometime.

Not really into that kind of thing. Never know what sort of person you can run into in games like that, some real weirdos on the web.



I think I’ll play Innocent Sin Online.

Ikutsuki was here, asking how everything was going in Tartarus.

Since Yukari’s been sick, she brought up some of the problems that causes us.



For example, Dia is only half as effective on you.
So try not to get sick, ‘kay?

I guess the traffic’s already terrible thanks to Golden Week. Not that we’re going anywhere, what with the Shadows.



Newscaster: Due to the Golden Week holiday, the highways are expected to be jammed bumper-to-bumper.
Traffic conditions are expected to worsen from tomorrow until May 3.
Officials expect the roads to be cleared by May 4th.
From all of us at Action News, have a happy Golden Week!

Yukari’s still a bit under the weather, we’re going to take a few more days off in Tartarus I think.

School was off today. Junpei needed a break from the game he was playing and wanted to go somewhere.

Yo, Junpei here. You got some time?
It’s okay.
Hey, wanna do something today?

I didn’t have much else to do.



Alright! I’ll be waitin’ downstairs, then.
> Junpei seems excited…

We went down to the arcade, not my first choice but better than staying in I guess.



> Junpei is scratching his head…
Well, I’ll pitch in some coins for ya. Let’s choose something we can both play.

If there’s one you think you can beat me at, I’ll take that challenge!

Ooh, in that case, it is ON!

Anyway after I beat Junpei enough times we went back home, nobody was back though. Good thing I wasn’t really planning on heading to Tartarus tonight.



We probably shouldn’t go to Tartarus tonight.

Okay, then I’m gonna hit the sack.

I’m sort of glad we didn’t try to go somewhere after watching the news, people are crazy.



Newscaster: Coming up next, more traffic reports. There seems to be no problem at this section, but…
…the highway in the other direction seems to be packed.
Officials are hoping the congestion will be relieved by May 4th.

I’m thinking maybe we’ll try to go back in tomorrow, get some good training in before vacation.
