Things seem to have gotten worse.



You know, the ones saying "Mysterious Cult in Town" and "The End is Near"?
It must be because of Nyx.

Some freaky cult has started up worshipping Nyx.



Newscaster: Since all the materials share similar designs, police believe they're the work of one culprit…

Three guesses who's probably behind that nonsense.

Anyway they've painted crap all over town and are even freakier than the Lost.



But, they haven't done anything since then.
Not that that's a bad thing…
…It's just a little unnerving.

You'd have to be an idiot to fall for the line they're spewing.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of idiots it seems.



I wonder how much that will affect this city… I'm really worried…

Why can't they just go join a normal cult and chase a comet or battle intergalactic space ghosts?



Ridiculous, isn't it?

The public seems to be fooled by these words.

This just means we have even more work ahead of us.

So yeah, we headed back to Tartarus and found a new Block waiting for us. Fuuka had some amazing news for us, too.

We're almost to the top. We can do this together!

So we pushed on, smashing our way through the Shadows.



Pretty soon we found ourselves at the next Guardian.



We're just getting stronger and stronger.

Boss Battle: Noble Seeker x 3
These are magic guys who use magic and are really only affected by physical attacks. Negating elemental weaknesses is certainly helpful, and you probably don't want to use my party because Yukari and Mitsuru are pretty bad here.

Weak Shadows like this can't stand against us.



We're one step closer to the promised place!

Shortly after that, Fuuka detected another Guardian.

Boss Battle: Carnal Snake x 3
These bosses are seriously entirely unmemorable. They do the sort of shit you expect snakes to do, they have drain attacks and magic and they probably charm people or something. It's not these guys that will cause you problems here.

These Shadows really just need to check themselves, because every time they step up to us they just wreck themselves.

Oh yeah funny story I found some ancient mythical weapons of legend basically just lying around in my closet.



Funny thing is I'm pretty sure I brought them with me from home for some reason.



I only found them because I forgot to do laundry and had to dig into my reserves.

Boss Battle: World Balance
The World Balance is somewhat infamous. He tosses around big magic trying to hit weaknesses if anyone has one, and if they don't he just starts casting almighty spells. He's not quite as bad as he was back in the original, honestly, especially since you've got Direct Command now. Keep your buffs/debuffs up and beat his ass down with magic (physicals don't really hurt him much).

Yes I have three weeks worth each of the same two outfits in my closet what of it?

They're easier to wash, get off my back.



Anyway we were all so bored by how lame that scales thing was that we were tired and decided to go back and get some sleep. We'll finish up next time.
