Part 21: 5/12/09
5/12/09Got those weird cards in, I can’t believe that they sold out of these to people who can’t even use them.

> There’s a box in the room…
> It’s the delivery you ordered from the TV show!
> Obtained Garu x 1 and Zio x 1.
Yukari saw the news about the Apathy Syndrome patients as well.

Senpai said it’s probably because we beat that Shadow.
Wouldn’t that be great if it was true?

It was dangerous, but I’m glad we did it.
We shouldn’t get carried away, though, cuz we have midterms next week.
Let’s just hope nothing like that happens again until midterms are over.
Oh, that reminds me, Junpei told me something…
Mitsuru-senpai supposedly is going to give us something nice if we do well on our tests.
I bet Mitsuru-senpai’s standards are so high that she won’t give us anything unless we’re top ten in our grade…
Ran into her again at lunch.

Oh, I almost forgot. I was going to the office… Well, see ya later.
We decided to head out somewhere for a bit.

> Yukari has invited you out…

> Yukari seems excited.
We went to see a movie at the station, and stopped by the florist afterwards.

> You and Yukari stopped here after seeing a movie.

I dream about having a room just full of flowers one day.
Hey, what’s your favorite flower?
I don’t get flowers a lot, but there’s just something about a perfect rose…

Oh, don’t get me wrong. It’s just that roses always seem to have this mature, adult woman feeling to them…
> Yukari seems impressed…

My mom really liked flowers, so she always bought a lot of them. She’d decorate with the ones I’d pick, too.
That’s probably why I like them so much… But for a while, there was a time that I didn’t like seeing flowers.
They would bring back memories… And they reminded me that what is beautiful can quickly wither away.
But, I don’t feel that way lately. I even feel like getting some flowers for my own room.
* chuckle * I wonder why… I don’t really understand this myself.
> Yukari stares at the flowers with a nostalgic look in her eye…
> You feel like you understand Yukari a little better now…
I’m not sure what it is between Yukari and her mother but I’m glad she’s not letting it bother her.

Excuse me! Can you make me a big bouquet for something like 3000 yen?
…Huh? No!?
Oh… So for that price, it’ll just be a huge bunch of baby’s breath…? Ugh… No thanks.
> You decide to purchase a small bouquet and return to the dorm…
A bit after we got back she left to go get some notes so she could study for the exams.

So, I’ll have to pass today. …Sorry.
> Yukari has left.
Akihiko was worried about us getting in over our heads in Tartarus.

You’ll also suffer a lot of damage.
When this happens, don’t mistake it for an ailment.
Junpei should be more worried about exams, meanwhile.

…starting tomorrow.
I’m feeling pretty confident myself, so I headed down to work a bit at the café. Not much else to do.
