Oh hey, Lucia leveled up, meaning she's been in our party so to speak, so it's time for more the voice acting who will be ing at us for every battle!

And her persona, the alarmingly nonGreek Saint Lucy. Her stats are utterly unimportant as she never gets in battle, but if you must know she focuses on magic. Lucia instead fills a support role.

Lv 16: Full Analysis

Lv 32: Third Eye
Lv 41: Healing Wave
Lv 50: Oracle
Lv 62: Escape Route

Well, Full Analysis adds skills to the R-button scan, which is kinda handy sometimes maybe. Support Scan finally tells you which buffs and debuffs are in effect, but with only one level either way and no Debilitate or Heat Riser it's not that important. Third Eye shows if an attack will be nulled, reflected, or drained on the targeting icon, which can prevent embarrassing goof-ups. Healing Wave restores HP on ascending a floor, which is kinda helpful I guess? Oracle does random things and can either restore your party but it might just effectively end you. Use it in the most dire of emergencies only. And Escape Route is a way back to the lobby that's always available.

Here, I'll even sum up her changes from FES to P3P: Escape Route's available 10 levels earlier. Since Fuuka's not an active member and omnipresent there's not much to say about her tactically as she's not taking a character slot from someone else. Once you get Third Eye that's the only time she's really influencing battles unless you want to gamble with Oracle.

I suppose the biggest bonus is that Fuuka lets you change the music in Tartarus. Fuck yeah, Snow Queen.
