Ice Break TentarafooNow with Direct Command you can tell Mitsuru what to do and she is consistently great and probably your best party member for raw damage unless you create a Persona specifically tailored to do more damage than her. Mind Charge to Bufudyne can do thousands upon thousands. Holy shit, full moon bosses died very promptly and never got to execute their gimmicks thanks to her. Anything not resistant to Ice will suffer immensely.
Conversely, anything resistant to Ice Mitsuru can't do much against. Marin Karin is a gag considering how close the protagonist is to Narcissus when Misturu joins, Tentarafoo is unreliable without Panic Boost, Spirit Drain can be handy for extended trips but never really recovers much, and like Akihiko she can only heal one ally at a time, though the combination of Dia and Spirit Drain can mean perpetual fighting if you use physical attacks to clear out enemies.
You know how many bosses resist Ice, though? Not many. Priestess and Empress are the Ice Arcana, and they're dead.
Just Tarukaja Mitsuru, Rakunda the boss, and watch the HP gauge zoom to zero. Ouch.
