Part 12

On the way back down, we recruit a Goblin and another Knocker. We finally arrive back at the village, where we fuse Kyaku with the Goblin to give us a Yama Alp:

Yama Alpa
-Zionga
-Zan
-Dormina
-Hama
-Maka Kaja
-Dia

An Alp may also be a creature originating from German folklore. It is sometimes related to a vampire, but it's behavior is more like that of the incubus. It's victims are often female, and it usually attacks during the nighttime, controlling dreams and creating horrible nightmares. The reason it is sometimes associated with vampires is because it will sometimes drink the blood from the nipples of men and young children. The Alp in many cases, is considered a demon, but there have been some instances in which the Alp is created from spirits of recently dead relations. Children may also become an Alp if a mother needs to use a horse collar to ease the pain during an extremely long and torturous childbirth.

As you can see, it's basically a much better version of Kyaku, and closer to our level to boot.
I can't fuse anything worthwhile with Knocker and my remaining demons, so I go downstairs and coerce a Pixie into join me by threatening to kill it. Fearing for its life, it becomes my minion. You might say I still have something of a grudge.
I then fuse the Pixie and Knocker into an Ihika, and keep it around for a short while, because when I reach level 17, I can fuse it with Jack Frost to make this:

Datenshi Caim
-Zan
-Zanma
-Sukunda (enemy hit rate down)
-Dia
-Paraladi (cures paralysis)
-Calmdi (status recovery)

In demonology, Caim appears in Ars Goetia , the first part of Lesser Key of Solomon as a Great President of Hell, ruling over thirty legions of demons. Much detail is offered: he is a good disputer, gives men the understanding of the voices of birds, bullocks, dogs, and other creatures, and of the noise of the waters too, and gives true answers concerning things to come.

He is depicted in 19th and 20th century occultist illustrations as appearing in the form of the black bird called a thrush, but soon he changes his shape into a man that has a sharp sword in his hand. When answering questions he seems to stand on burning ashes or coals.

Jack Frosts are cute, and this one has served me well, but at the end of the day they are only Fairies and quickly outlive their usefulness as minions.

(Sorry for the small post, I posted this before I meant to. We'll be playing Code Breaker next.)
