Part 105: Operation Mange Poutine: Opposition Turn 2

Yes, I've been sent the files. I just had to clarify some things with brakeless, as the view last turn function is still not in working order.

Basically what happened during their turn was:

An F-4 was shot down by a Stinger

Two Helicopters (transports) were lost to Stingers

A Stinger Team was destroyed by SEAD fire.

Mortar Fire from us pinned several of their troops.

They got a few kicks in, meaning we should re-evaluate some of our tactics, but nothing calamitous so far.

The British advance has been particularly dramatic, so it goes without saying that these Airmobile forces will need to think of something in the next turn.

If nothing else, this force will need to bog the enemy down as we fire artillery and prepare our considerable mechanised forces for the task of defending a logical salient.



The Chinese advance is nowhere near as dramatic as the UK advance, but the presence of Type 99 tanks means that the Greek force should be extremely careful with it's movements.



One of these is far more than a match for a Leopard 1A5. A SABOT shot to the front hull, or any shot to the side/rear will take one out though.


Ultimately, our battle becomes one of positioning. I believe we own the current intelligence war (although you can hardly know that). If we stick to a series of logical defensive points, and make an effort to keep our force flexible with reserves, I think we can win this.

Speaking of which, now that the two of you comprise the current frontlines, I am essentially at the mercy of your commands as leader of the reserve forces. Who should I give the files to? (Or, should I make the first moves myself?)
