Part 62: November Cod Crisis: Canadian Turn 5
November Cod Crisis: Canadian Turn 5Another good turn (from what I can tell anyway)
Our northern force consolidates itself in order to strike at the Danish line in a matter of turns. Although it's ability to strike at the enemy's flanks will be useful, the land company isn't really part of the fight as of just now.
The eastern force claims an enemy HMG team with no casualties to speak of. After a rough landing, they're having quite the stroke of luck. However, we should discuss their actions once the village is taken. Do they go north, south or link up with the other company?
Our western force doesn't move a lot, other than they move behind better cover, and the flank elements move upwards to start enveloping the enemy. If our cards our played right, the enemy tank could end up outflanked from five separate directions.
To compare, this is the location of our northern force.
Our PT boats find use by supressing the HMG teams that are currently threatening our western forces on the landing beach.
Overall; not much to say about this turn. Perhaps Sam. will make something interesting happen, but hopefully not.
